What’s a Team Hobgood?

It's a real estate team started by CJ Hobgood and his wife Cortney, brokered by EXP Realty.. CJ grew up in Florida surfing with his identical twin brother Damien. They both got so good, they went pro where CJ spent 16 years competing on the world tour. Winning the 2001 World Title and even starting a clothing company named "Salty Crew". Okay but what does that have to do with real estate?

Well you see, after CJ retired from pro surfing his wife Cortney, a successful real estate agent said: "CJ why don't you get your real estate license?" So he did and quickly "sold six houses!" People who had followed CJ's pro surfing career remebered how passionate, authentic, and hard-working he was and knew he would bring those same qualities to real estate.
